1. Damaged in Transit

To process a claim for a damaged product:

• Email or WhatsApp clear photos of the damage to our contact details mentioned below.
• After our team confirms the issue, please ship the damaged product back to our official store address.
• Upon receiving the damaged item at our store, we will issue a full refund or send a new replacement product to you.

2. Incorrect Product (Mismatch)

We will provide a return or exchange if the product sent to you does not match your order details. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition to be eligible for an exchange or refund.
