1. Return & Replacement Eligibility

We accept returns or replacements only if:

  • You receive a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect product

  • You notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Opened or used products

  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery

  • Returns due to change of mind


2. How to Report a Damaged or Wrong Product

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are eligible in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged, expired, or wrong item

  • Your prepaid order was cancelled before shipping

  • A product was out of stock

  • Original payment method for prepaid orders

4. Order Cancellations

5. Replacements

Due to the nature of health and wellness products, and for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products under any circumstance.
